Fidelis Machines is a veteran-owned software engineering company building AI, autonomous systems, and cybersecurity solutions where software meets the physical world. We develop bespoke intelligence for off-the-shelf robotics and IoT platforms serving agriculture, industrial, and security domains.

As a technology partner with Husarion, we leverage proven ROS-based mobile robot platforms to deploy our solutions. Based in Waynesboro, VA, we operate a 200-acre proving ground at a farm in Crozet, Virginia, ensuring every solution we engineer can handle real-world conditions.

About the Founder

Randy Caldejon

A Marine Corps veteran, serial entrepreneur, and technologist with applied experience in signals intelligence and artificial intelligence. Holds a BS in Computer Science and M.Eng. in Computer & Systems Engineering. Founded multiple technology companies with two successful acquisitions before launching Fidelis Machines to build AI, autonomy, and cybersecurity solutions where software meets the physical world.
